By requesting a commission, have the knowledge that:1 . The client retains the Illustrator (me) to create a
[ Sketch / Colored Sketch / Lineart / Full / Lineless / Watercolor] commission2 . The Illustrator agrees to deliver sketches within 2-4 weeks after the overall agreement of the commission. Finished art shall be delivered 8 to 12 weeks (3 months) after the approval of the sketches by Client.
Work is to be delivered no later than 3 months, but Client agrees that the date of delivery may alter due to external reasons, wich will be informed.3 . Upon receipt of full payment, the Illustrator grants the Client the following rights in the finished art: [Post it on social media with the proper credits, use it as/in ref sheets, pfps, banners and any commercial use (if agreed upon).4 . All rights not expressly granted beforehand are reserved to the Illustrator. Illustrator will not seek to resell the work.5 . Client agrees to pay the purchase price for the usage rights granted.6 . If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the Work, Client agrees to seek permission from the Illustrator and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time. The Client agrees that no version of the Work shall be used as NFTs or in AI training.7 . Client agrees to pay the Illustrator fully after sketch approval of the commission8 . Illustrator may use Work in portfolio (including, but not limited to, any website or social media platform that displays Illustrator’s works).8.1 . Authorship credit in the name or social media handle of the Illustrator shall accompany the Work when it is reuploaded. If the finished art is used as a contribution to an outside project, authorship credit shall be given.9 . The Illustrator shall be given the first opportunity to make revisions requested by the client.10 . Cancellation of a commission by the Client may only happen before the payment is made.11 . In the event of the cancellation of a commission by the Illustrator, the Client shall recieve the work (if any) in the state that it is currently without any additional fees, and the Client may receive a refund.12 . The artist holds the right to refuse any commision for any reason.
